Each of our agents can answer general enquiries but they also bring to the agency their own particular areas of expertise.
Areas of Special Interest
Viv Craig's particular passion is adventure travel, whether this is in Africa, South America, Borneo or New Zealand.
Viv won the inaugural Travel Week Award for the African & Gulf section for the best Australian Agent in 2006 and was runner-up again in 2007. In 2009 she was Runner-up in the South American category. Viv has also received regular recognition from Topdeck and Contiki Tours for the numbers of GAP students she sends overseas.
She is recognised in the industry as having an intimate knowledge of African, South American, Asian and New Zealand destinations. Viv continues to travel whenever she can and within the last three years she has visited Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, the Emirates, Bhutan, Botswana, Argentina, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Rajasthan and West Bengal in India: as well as travelling the Trans-Siberian/Mongolian train from St Petersburg to Beijing
Viv has had a regular fortnightly travel segment on Highland FM 107.1 and writes a regular editorial for YourTimes and Snapshot magazines. She attends travel expos to keep up to date with opportunities and this includes visits to SATTE, the huge Indian exhibition.
Sarah-Jane Harrison enjoys dealing with travel within Europe, and particularly the United Kingdom, as well as Australia, specifically Tasmania. Recently Sarah-Jane has cruised the inner passage in Alaska and visited Eastern Europe, as well as the Australian Bass Strait islands.
Sarah-Jane has developed a great interest in helping young folk with their GAP Year travels, usually with Topdeck or Contiki Tours but also with other companies.
Ann Perry is our resident expert on fares and ticketing and she specialises in helping travellers to find the best flights, at the most competitive prices, to the most interesting destinations, whether they are travelling on the major routes or are planning round-the-world destinations.
